Hwaseong seongyeok uigwe A white paper, Hwaseong Seongyeok Uigwe (Information of Hwaseong Fortress Construction), was revealed in 1801, shortly following the death of King Jeongjo. It's ten volumes and proved a must have with the reconstruction effort in 1970 following the fortress had been seriously ruined during the Korean War. The volumes ended up divided by topic, with the first masking the plans for making, which includes blueprints and an index of supervisors.
